World's largest mozzarella cheese manufacturer Leprino Foods officially opened its regional hub in Singapore on September 12. The Colorado-based company plans to use the Asia hub to spearhead and manage growth in the region. Leprino's international sales have more than doubled over the past two years and Asia pacific has played a significant role in the rapid expansion.

As a key part to Leprino's regional strategy, the Asia hub allows Leprino be closer to its growing customer base in Asia pacific, so the company can better support customers' activities and faster respond to their needs. Leprino Foods has been selling to the Asia Pacific market for over 20 years but without a brick-and-mortar presence.

Located at the Nordic European Centre in International Business Park, the 6,000 sq-ft Asia hub features an innovation studio which helps Leprino's customers increase profits through culinary, product and marketing innovations. Leprino Foods presently holds over 50 patents for mozzarella cheese-making technologies and is the leading supplier to frozen pizza/entrée market leaders and major pizza chains around the world.
