Australian boutique management consulting firm, The LiTMUS Group (LiTMUS), a member firm of Highland Worldwide announces its expansion into Asia. The Singapore office will establish a center of excellence for operational effectiveness and performance improvement initiatives within the Group.  Utilizing theory of constraints, process improvement and lean six-sigma supply chain concepts coupled with sophisticated software, LiTMUS will be able to achieve sustainable cost reductions for clients, crucial at a time when revenues are declining rapidly across all industries. 

LiTMUS selected Singapore as its Asian base for better access to the over 4000 regionally headquartered multinational firms in the city state as well as numerous cross-border networks, expanding the LiTMUS footprint in the Asia-Pacific region.  Further offices will follow in Indonesia and Malaysia within the next 12-18 months and China and India thereafter.
